Common Name(s): Sabah Grouper A hybrid species of grouper between Giant Grouper and Tiger Grouper cultured by University Malaysia Sabah (UMS). It was meant to exist only in fish farms but made its way to the natural environment. Can be found in waters near floating fish farms and Kelongs particularly in Johore straits.
